Position: Senior Proposal/Bid Specialist

Tenure: 8th December 2012 till date.

Reporting to: Chief of Tendering and Business development. i. Coordinate go/no-go decisions with Chief of Tendering & Operations staff. ii. Attending pre-proposal meetings and/or interviews and Site visit when requested by client and preparing the pre-bid meeting or site visit reports for higher management. iii. Lead the development of competitive proposals for both private and public sector from teaming and pre-proposal meetings through delivery of submittals. iv. Develop technical and non- technical proposal sections and tailor project descriptions and resumes as needed. Collect/draft technical proposal sections from past submissions. v. Coordinate with various ACC departments to secure legal and insurance reviews of RFP documents and assist in review of submittals to assure that they are compliant with their respective RFQs/RFPs.

Project Scope of work:

The site is located on the Jeddah Corniche and comprises of high end serviced apartments and Raffles operated hotel development on RC podium containing development parking and associated retail development.

The Project comprises of 20 floor hotel tower catering for 180 units and a 45 floor serviced residence tower of 188 units. The podium contains 10 floors which will include Car parking, ancillary facilities such as Spas, Gyms, Pool Deck, Terrace, retail, and supporting services. Project Handled & Awarded (2014)

2) Ministry of Interior KAP2-B King Abdullah Project KSA Project Value: 2.9 Billion Saudi Riyal

Project Scope of work:

This project is an extension of the King Abdullah project for the development of security headquarters within a series of vital and important security projects. The project includes many development buildings that keep pace with the best designs in the field of security work, in addition to providing all technical means to keep pace with the technical development of the Ministry of Interior. The project covers the implementation of various facilities of the Ministry of the Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in different cities and locations in the Kingdom in the capital Riyadh as well as in the cities of Jeddah and the capital and Arar and Tabuk, the project includes the construction and equipping of various facilities in different locations in the Kingdom of the Directorate of the Special Security Forces and the Directorate of Security Total Building Area Over 500,000 square meters. It consists of command facilities, the Directorate of Public Security, three sports entertainment centers and fans. 4) King Khalid International Airport –Terminal 5 Riyadh (GACA) Project Value: 2.2 Billion Saudi Riyal.

Project Scope of work:

The scope of the project covers to deliver a fully operational, ready to use Terminal Building, airport operation center building, PCP building, Fire station building, supply building and Resume:

airside gate building seamlessly connected and interacting with the adjacent areas and existing airport operations including the communication systems and utility networks of KKIA. The terminal will be equipped with 8 numbers of MARS (multi-aircraft ramp system) stands and 16 boarding bridges to cater for 16 numbers of Code C aircrafts, 8 numbers of Code E aircrafts or their mixtures to provide full flexibility for different aircraft mix in the future and efficient gate allocation during operation.

5) Saudi Railways Organization Al Haramain High Speed Rail Link Project, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, KSA

Project Value: 13 Billion Saudi Riyal.

Project Scope of work:

The Haramain High Speed Rail project also known as the "Western Railway or Makkah-Medina high speed railway", is a 453.0 kilometers (281.5 mi) (449.2 kilometers of main line, plus a branch connection to KAIA airport: 3.75 high- speed inter-city rail transport system under construction in Saudi Arabia. It will link the Muslim Holy cities of Medina and Mecca via King Abdullah Economic City Rabigh, Jeddah and King Abdul-Aziz International Airport. It will connect with the national network at Jeddah. The rail line is planned to provide a safe and comfortable transport in 300 kilometers per hour (190 mph) electric trains. The railway is expected to carry three million passengers a year, including many Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims helping to relieve traffic congestion on the roads. Project Handled & Awarded: (2012)

First phase of the expansion includes the construction of a new terminal building, rehabilitation and upgrading of the airside infrastructure including the construction of a new taxiway and apron system.
