oCoached and supervised new members during training period, provided feedback and evaluations during 90 day probationary training period.
oComplaints Dashboard (Front End): led a team and developed the front end part of a web application for Retention and customer complains section. This application was developed using both Angular 6, ASP.net API and applied BI technology, it uses multiple data sources to display reports for complains and their causal roots, in addition to real time dashboard to display current statistics and charts.
oCall Center Website: collaborated in developing a Website for customer service to provide information, performance, KPIs, reports and achievements of both Reps and supervisors.
oCreated Web tool to help shift controller team in distributing and evaluating (retention, call center) teams according to a predefined criteria.
oBlacklist Web tool: using ASP.Net web form, to block Fraud callers to the call center for specific duration in addition to reports about total blocked numbers, cities, statistics ….etc.
oSyriatel IPCC (Reporting Part): Contributed in moving and merging database between two different IP Contact Center (IPCC) systems, to be viewed as one database and create reports accordingly.
oCall Center Reps misbehavior Report: revealed the possible methods in which the rep might use to improve his KPI through deceiving the customer, or to decrease the amount of incoming call ex: delete and add the same RBT in the same call.
