PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN DURING THE TENURE at M/s NFCL:
Certified as an RSO officer in NFCL and trained from “BAARC “Mumbai.
Implemented 2/2 and 2/3 voting logics in shutdown system
De-commissioning of the local controllers (pneumatic) in the plant and their successful implementation in the plant’s DCS.
Establishing communication between the A.B.B., MOD 300 DCS and the M.T.L. Multiplexers through Serial port based on MODBUS protocol and replacing the analogue temperature converters with MTL Multiplexers.
A team member in the revamping of the A.B.B. SC controller D.C.S. with AC460 supplied by ABB, which has been successfully completed.
A team member in the revamping of the A.B.B. UNIX Command workstations replacing with windows based systems in AC460 which has been successfully completed.
Communication established between Bentley Nevada panel and AC- 460 DCS.
Involved in CDR (Carbon dioxide recovery) plant commissioning job.
New logic building in Emergency Shutdown System supplied by EEE, Germany
