Dhruv globals is producing High Fashion,Kids wear, ladies wear and Men’s wear garments.
Dhruv globals group is having five Units with 2500 Running M/C. Handling one of its unit located in Faridabad.
Key Responsibility areas:
Analyzing the CMT and productivity details for all new development styles based on garment sketch or sample and provide CMT to merchandising department. after order confirmation the evaluated garment is re-analyzed for better and economical method to reduce SMV.by construction simplification related to seam and method without affecting the actual appearance of sample.
Releasing style operation bulletin line layout and thread consumption.
Monthly Capacity planning and SAM planning.
Department wise manpower plan requirement based on target.
Provide Skill matrix to the production team when a new style is to be loaded.
Develop and implement required work aids, ensure that the required information about folder, machine and attachments is communicated in advance to the concerned departments .
Skills Analysis and fulfill the requirements through Training of worker.
Follow-up Entire Production Process.
