Project Highlights:

Project I: CNRL Kirby Lake Plant Expansion–Large-scale Construction, Duration: 1-Year Scope: Assumed General Foreman role and oversaw cross-functional teams that included electrical, piping, structural and civil disciplines for the construction of pump stations. Construction Leadership: Drove efficiency and met daily targets—managed multi-disciplined teams and led the installation, testing and commissioning of the pump station, piping spools, flanges, PSVs, diluent systems and structural supports. Oversaw excavation and earthworks operations, erection of piles, yard setup, material tracking and managed rigging and hoisting operations. Efficiency Improvement: Streamlined processes and drove operational excellence—assessed construction work packages and administered the procurement and allocation of materials and supplies. Managed RFIs, MOCs and project updates and ensured compliance with ASME and ABSA standards. Oversaw hydro-testing and pneumatic testing processes, supported with QA/QC and the implementation of corrective actions.
