Designed layout of piping/valves, ordered parts, fabricated & installed tubing, updated P & ID’s and trained operators for 3 new filter's, along with piston level control on the pilot plant system with our instrument tech.
Concluded vacuum draw in overflow piping caused process upsets and piston level control was added.
Persistence prevailed and 2” nitrogen flanges/filter housing was rerouted from an enclosed room for safety.

Month end inventory control. Raw material tanks entailed twelve (10,000 gallon tanks) and coordinated inbound/outbound materials in SAP. Maintained and kept the required inspections up to date on a fleet of eight tank trucks. Scheduled on & offsite shipments via manifests. Re-designed the warehouse floor layout.
Saw we were being overcharged and streamlined the tank truck rental lease of $300 per day to $3000 month
