I conduct a thorough business analysis of the client’s current business processes. I review user stories and create a to-be business plan mak- ing recommendations to make processes more efficient with the use of Salesforce. Together with a team of business analyst and developers, I build out the Salesforce functionality to meet the client’s needs. Some of my daily tasks include building custom objects, process builders, flows, worksflows, validation rules, page layouts, lighting pages, Salesforce Community pages, reports, custom report types, custom fields, cus- tom permission sets, dashboards, integrations with third party appli- cations such as Mailchimp, creating user training manuals and videos and more. All of my development is done in a Sandbox that is tested by a tester and then pushed into the production environment through change sets. I am part of an Agile team who works together with Prod- uct owners to deliver quality Salesforce functionality through the break up of sprints. Product owners are informed of progress on a daily basis through scrum calls and a burndown chart visible to all utilizing Team Foundation Server (TFS).
