iOS Developer

Project Description:

Developed a business inspection app for the Department of Consumer Affairs. The app was designed for field inspector in order to manage the business inspections. The app allows business inspectors to collect checklist response, business name, business, inspector’s signature, premise address, mailing address and store offline data in persistent layer using the core data.

Main concepts that will be used in this document:

Business – record where general business-related information is stored, such as business name, premise

address, mailing address.

COI – record where information about single inspection visit will be stored. This is the primary record

that facilitates creation of unified COI.

Checklist – list of questions generated from combination of inspection type, business category, and list

of business activities. Inspection results, violations, warnings, and device inspections will be

captured/generated via checklist.

App Storage – persistent data storage of mobile app. Data that requires offline use will be kept in app

storage and only saved into AIMS when inspection is finalized

Project Description:

Developed an app for Priority Express, which provided a web dashboard for the company to manage the healthcare delivery services. The app was developed in multiple interfaces for their customers to check the status of their order. Customers can track their delivery vehicles in real-time on the map and receive custom push notifications for delays or at a certain time period before the delivery reaches them based on their needs. The app can share the details with the delivery recipients and make their customer service much more effective and also could view and share reports on previous orders.

Responsibilities:

Created interactive UI with UIKit and AutoLayout and storyboards.

Developed an App using MGV MapKit to provide real-time tracking for the delivery driver locations with vehicle movement animated on the map.

Coded the application in Swift 4 and used Xcode IDE, with Storyboards for UI/UX development.

Used Keychain to store login credentials locally on the device.

Enabled Push Notifications to show appropriate screens based on the payload like delayed delivery notification and driver arrival at the delivery location, push notifications etc.

Used Alamofire for JSON API calls and concurrent processing of data on the server.
