WORKS RESPONSIBILITIES

To conduct regular checks to ensure materials for construction delivered to site meets specification, are properly stored safe and protected from damage.

Monitoring work performance of contractors based on time and quality to meet the requirement and standard specification. Evaluating and executing monthly progress claim verification for work done including VO, if any.

Assist in the review of the monthly estimate work completed (conduct quantity take-off for completed work, etc.), payrolls, and material invoices

Contractor compliance with Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.

Coordinate with others consultants, contractors and authorities

Verify incoming materials in accordance with specification, purchase and mill certificate.( MVR-Materials Verification Record )

Check proper identification such as grade, trademark, and heat numbers, dimensional such as size, diameter and thickness and visual on surface defects.

Attended to welding activities.

Monitor the correct storage, heating and use of electrode.( baking and holding temperature )

Check edge preparation, fit-up alignment prior to welding based on approved drawing and specification.

Carried out visual inspection as per specification.

Check and monitor welding parameter based on an approved welding procedure specification.
