Production Scheduling
Receive market plans and schedule value stream production for the week & period and coordinate with the stakeholders to plan the required activities around it that includes changeovers sequence, PM activities, LTRs & cleaning.
Plan production to ensure lowest cost and highest TRS while meeting market requirements.
Plan manpower ordering and material ordering internally.
Represent the value stream in planning activities which includes coordination of the line trials and LTR activities across the value stream.
Maintain and own the planning systems (PDLS & PPM) for the value stream.

Carry out 100% inventory stock count in collaboration with logistics for the value stream.
