Job Responsibilities:

1) Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. 2) Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. 3) Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. 4) Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

1) Participate in maintenance meetings and improvement activities to proactively provide suggestions for product and quality improvement

2) Assist in the recording and testing of workmanship and materials, i.e., concrete, piling, painting etc. 3) Develops competence in own area by performing routine work 4) Assists procurement with logistics activities, packaging subcontracts for construction projects, and working with site materials management

5) Assists with project controls activities including tracking cost and developing schedules. Develops spreadsheets as requested
