Created the online analyzers SOPs, laboratory work flow, sampling/testing procedures, and water quality control plans that used to start up a 16.5 mgd/$174 million wastewater treatment plant project which consists of biological nutrient removal basins, membrane bioreactor skids, ion exchange vessels, reverse osmosis skids, biosolids dewatering screw presses, and salt crystallizers to treat the semiconductor industry wastewater of Intel.

Initiated the daily operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance SOPs for the online analyzers that kept the analyzers in continuous operation and provided accurate data.

Produced with a team of engineers a start-up plan that applied successfully to initiate the planting of the bacteria and operation of the project throughout multiple phases.

Designed and applied experimental procedures (DOE) to adapt the biological treatment with the undesirable influent parameters concentration and provided frequent technical reports that successfully delivered the results.

Designed additional techniques to adapt the influent analyzers with the current environment and enhanced the readings accuracy to more than 90%.

Provided onsite management and team trainings for the treatment processes, water quality control and laboratory work during the project commissioning.
