My key responsibilities are as follows:

Inspection and document review as per specification and code for:

Equipments, piping, various package items, structural materials including plates, beams, angles, channels, girders, pipes for derrick structures.

My key responsibilities were as follows:

Staged inspection/ verification/ witnessing of raw material being used, fit-ups, welding activities, vessels, heat exchangers, utilities storage tanks, NDT (RT, UT, DP, MT), surface preparation & painting, radiographic testing, final dimensional checks, hydro testing(offshore and on shore)

Review of QAP’s WPS/PQR, NDE, and Work Method Statements
