Apply my experience as a senior SAP PP consultant to the PP (Production Planning) module plus other operational modules of SAP that integrate with PP. This includes PM (Plant Maintenance) and QM (Quality Management).
Deliver a transactional analysis project on behalf of the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) team using the tool SAP Solution Manager.
Develop a business Blueprint in SAP Solution Manager:
oThe Blueprint design is aimed at standardising transactions across the business units of Sasol globally. It also serves as a baseline for Sasol’s pending SAP consolidation project.
oPerform SAP transactional analysis with the help of an RBE (Reverse Business Engineering) tool. RBE is an automatic, tool-aided business analysis of productive SAP systems.
oDevelop MS Excel based framework of transactional analysis of SAP using the BPML’s generated by the ARIS toolset.
oProvide a baseline project structure for overall application management at Sasol. This is from requirement/change request management through design, build, test, deploy, operation/optimization. A major focus is on future change control (CHarM) for MES.
Project manage and functionally develop MES interfaces to SAP via SAP PI (Process Integration).
Provide general input on SAP related investigations and queries linked to interfaces.
Ensure effective use of SAP for the MES team to align with the rest of Information Management and to achieve ownership of the SAP environment.
