2007 - 2019 - Enmax Customer service. Residential and business customers. Supporting billing, provisioning and trouble shooting sales, service and support for home utilities, business utilities, solar power billing and provisioning and transferring utilities services. Extensive support of web access interface as well as telephone service. Trained extensively on SAP billing and provisioning systems, the Alberta energy market and regulatory environment. Provided support and knowledge based guidance for my co-workers.

2000 - 2005 - TELUS Customer service, Sales, Tech Support I took a leadership role among my peers and consistently met and exceeded my targets in all of my roles with the company. I was trained extensively on cutting edge customer interface tools and databases including the TELUS version of SAP.

1996-1998 - 2005 - 2007 Xentel DM - Sales and support. Extensive work on charity campaigns such as the Calgary Police/Firefighters Oldtimers Hockey benefits and The Missing Children Society among others. Two seperate terms working for them.

1998-1999 The Movie Source.com An internet start up where I provided professional writing, data entry, customer interface design and customer service.

1996-1997 Core Magazine A Calgary indie music magazine where I was features and reviews editor and writer. I also provided investigative journalism, graphic design and desktop publishing duties.

Extremely articulate and knowledgeable. Extensively trained and experienced with support for challenging customer service needs. Very comfortable with multiple computer applications and with learning new ones. Technology early adopter and enthusiastic about promoting and explaining innovation. Professional level of comfort with Windows office tools, Word, Excel, etc. Very comfortable with trouble shooting technical issues with technologically challenged customer with my extensive support background. Having worked as a professional writer and editor I would identify communication as my strongest skill base.

My widely ranging skill base and experience with multiple office functions allows me to hit the ground running in any role with minimal training.
