General information

After I matriculated in 1999 I joined the military and did my national service for one year.

I then studied mechanical engineering in Port Elizabeth College South Africa as well as some additional subjects. I then joined the air-force as an aircraft mechanic apprentice and I obtained a national diploma in mechanical engineering due to the practical experiences I gained while I was on the apprentice course. I completed the apprenticeship in 2005 and continued to work as a qualified artesian until 2007.In early 2007 I worked for Mittal steel as a mechanical fitter for a period of three months. During May 2007 I received an offer from Eskom as a gas turbine power plant operator and maintainer I worked there for five years and got promoted to senior technician in 2011 and was transferred to a coal fired power plant in the northern region of South Africa. I continued to work there as a senior mechanical technician and then received an offer from Saudi Electric services polytechnic in 2015 May as a technical instructor and gas turbine consultant.

I am currently unemployed because I have reached the end of my contract in 2016.

I have taken on the role of products developer and I am in the process of launching various machines I have produced in my private capacity. The table tennis robot is currently scaled up for mass production and the video there of can be seen on Wattsapp, Facebook and You tube.
