Responsibility:

Supervises the activities of any assigned personnel. Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position.

● Responsible and participate for the new wells commission including start-ups, trouble

shooting, shutdown and flushing downhole and flowline when required.

● Responsible and participate for pigging activities and chemical injection for

cleaning and removed h2s.

● Responsible and monitoring all of wells and OGM running in good condition for achieving

oil production company targets.

Responsible for ensuring that the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximized.

Responsible for ensuring and monitoring the safe and satisfactory operation of the FSF production facilities. Reports any maintenance needs.

Responsible for the regular recording, metering and checking of the area FSF operational production parameters, such as various flows, levels, pressures and temperatures to ensure that these are within specified operation limits.

Enters in the log, readings as well as a list of all pertinent activities, known problems and possible problem areas.

Reviews any abnormal readings and takes corrective action. Drafts requests to supervisor to deal with unresolved problems.

Responsible for the monitoring the checking of the quality of produced oil to ensure it is within the specified limits. This includes scheduling laboratory activities related to sampling and testing of oil. Authorizes adjustment of chemical treatment programmes and injection rates.

Assists in the planning of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize FSF facility down time and maximize oil production. This includes following up on maintenance work until successful completion, final inspection and acceptance of the work.

Liaises with supervisor on any FSF shutdown or start-up wells. Ensures the timely operation of such to minimize loss of production whilst again maximizing Loss Prevention. Participates in major overhauls and shutdowns by discussing production and maintenance of the surface facilities and the wells to determine most suitable time for shutdowns.

Liaises with supervisor on well work-over or completions programme implementation.

Responsible for the implementation of inspection and corrosion protection programmes.

Responsible for ensuring that the chemical supplies are adequate and that storage tanks are filled when necessary.

Responsible for ensuring that all necessary procedures and standing instructions are followed. This includes using approved and safe operating procedures for the FSF facilities.

Prepares the daily FSF report, recording all relevant functions inclusive of any problems and actions taken to accordingly rectify.

Responsibility:

Ensure plant operation in safe maner without any accident and achieve the target for crude oil.

Responsible for reciever well and ogm's area, tank farm area, utility area, separator area, de-hydration unit, KOD area and export area.

Gather and collect data for equipments, try identifying actions to be taken to minimize equipment and machinery failure.

Perform routine and non-routine activities for daily/weekly/monthly like routine check for equipments like pumps, boiler,Nitrogen package,fire water systems, flare systems, check for equipments like pumps, generator, plant & instrument air compressor.

Perform BS&W sampling, skimming, chemical on-board updating, flush goose neck and eye-wash station, ERT& Fire Fighting Equipment regular inspection, FWP test run/performance test, pumps weekly swapping, crude sampling and etc.

Handling chemical for treat crude oil & piping by using Demulsifier, Reverse Demulsifier,Corrosion Inhibitors, Oil Deformer Antifoam and Wax inhibitors and Asphaltene. Unload Chemical into tanks for injection, start and adjust the flow rate of chemical injection pumps as required.

Participate under instruction in launching pigs in to pipe lines, prepare pig receiver stations and remove the pig and check it for damages under the guidance of the engineer.
