PROJECT MANAGER AT GREEN MOUNTAINS,ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSPORT - ABU DHABI NATIONAL BUREAU MANAGER AT AVERDA - JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA FLEET MANAGER AT AVERDA - JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA
• Managed teams (62 Total) across four different contracts and projects namely GASCO, ADCO, ZADCO, ESNAAD for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) that ranged from Hazardous Chemical disposals to cleanup and sustainability projects onshore and offshore
• Managed container shipments to Islands and maintaining equipment HSEQ certifications
• Responsible for all Contract Client Relations and revenue income
•Communicating with Government Authorities for final disposal of hazardous chemicals
• Rigorous Recycling efforts were undertaken to maximize sustainability across all contracts including E-Waste handling
•Assessing the capabilities required for the effective implementation of various plans and procedures, assessments, and training staff to maintain effective waste management.
•Implemented new control room standards to improve operations and stability
• Review work of all employees and ensure efficient working across various departments.
• Continues site inspections onshore and offshore to maintain productivity and client relations.
• Promoting waste minimization, environmental protection, and environmental health through own efforts and in cooperation with the "Solid Waste Planning Committee UAE".
• Managed 20 vehicles with a group of 60 people (Drivers and Assistants)
• To monitor bookings from customers, all truck drivers and crew hourly on tracking systems.
• Brief drivers daily on the route and ensure trucks have been checked by maintenance.
•Ensure that all trucks are parked and secured, and bins stored at night.
• Submit carryovers the night before to supervisors, controllers, and operations managers so queries can be resolved and management can assist with resources to complete the daily workload
• Plan and create route sheets for the next day before close of business
• Forward daily reports on how much diesel was used every day by all vehicles and monitor for any diesel misuse.
• Handling and Disposal of Hazardous Material at various disposal areas
• Communicating directly to Clients and queries
• Managed Resource Planning and Procurement of any necessary equipment or consumables
• Program Diesel Tags for Vehicles and Drivers and monitor fuel usage
