Responsibilities:

The civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling, FDT (Field Density Test), Lean concrete, Reinforce concrete, Curing, Moisture test, Surface preparation, Concrete coating, DFT(Dry Film Thickness).

Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete at the third party laboratory.

Witnessing of field-testing like Compaction test FDT (Field Density Test) and Dry film thickness (DFT).

Ensure that NSBatam has sufficient and relevant qualified welding procedures and welding Specifications and qualified welders to handle a particular job in any project.

Ensure that the new welding procedures are established satisfying the requirements of International Fabrication standards and codes such as AWS D1.1/ASME / API 1104 / API 5L / DNV Rules and others, as applicable.

Qualify sufficient number of welders to carry out a particular welding operation.

Maintain records for both welding procedure qualification and welder qualification in formats as recommended by fabrication codes.
