Project Cost 116,000,000.00 QAR

Design, construction, completion and commissioning of modification and additional works to (11nos.) existing schools to add additional classrooms buildings and modification works to the existing building as well as fire life safety Code Compliance Works to the whole school buildings to achieve compliance with the latest Qatar Civil Defense Design Codes. The scope of the Works includes building permits services, Qatar Civil Defense approvals and all necessary Municipality Approvals and Municipality Completion Certification.

Reporting to the Project Manager which includes supporting the Project Team. The project documents to be managed include; correspondence, management and contract files, drawings, prequalification, material submittals, method statements, engineering & technical reports, procedures, manuals, claims register, ITP's, etc. Also, prepared to assist with the day to day operating / running tasks of the project office. The main work of Document Controller is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
