Ensuring proper relationships and adequate logics between the activates and assignments for projects.
Preparation of Inspection requests for all work activities.
Allocation of complete budget of the project and preparation of complete finishing reports.
Preparing all material inspection requests for approval of consultants.
To coordinate the work between site people and consultants to solving any work problems.
Preparation of the weekly and monthly reports.
Witness all the tests and update the results.
Preparation of status reports of project schedules updated by site planning engineers.
Preparation monthly progressive invoice for the complete activities as per the payment procedure of different local contractors.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Responsible for Independently Maintaining All the Construction activities.
Coordinating with consultant for submission of check requests.
Direct activities related to displacing, routing and tracking transportation vehicles.
Preparation of the weekly and monthly reports.
Preparation and Estimation of bills of quantities
Supervision of construction site.
Maintain account of contractor bill.
Co-ordination between Client, Contractors & Sub-Contractors, Road Transport Authorities etc.
