WORK EXPERIENCE

22 years of active service experience in Armed Forces (Indian Navy) and Public Sector in the Field of Administration, Operations,Procurement, Warehousing, Maintenance and safe custody of Material documents leading to proper accounting leading to review and auditing, Audit and Inventory Management of equipments, Transports and others. Motivation and leading a team of subordinate onboard and administrative support to the Higher Authorities.

Administration :

(a) Implementing staff welfare policies and organizing staff amenities activities such as transportation, housing, facility management, security, personal accidents, insurance etc, thereby enhancing employee’s motivation.

(b) Administering performance management program including periodic performance review appraisal for staff members.

Viswahind Logistics Ltd is Group company of Caravan Group, The Company is into the field of Manufacturing of Hydraulic Moulders Trailers and other special Purpose Vehicles and their accessories. The Group has owned Fleet Operations and also in the Field of Petrochemical.

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.

Responsible for all Procurement Material including their storages and issues required for manufacturing Sales/spare and fabricating.
