Preparation of activated carbon from rubber seed shell and chromium removal Activated carbon due to its adsorption properties has various applications in the chemical industry, it can be used for the removal of toxic chromium ions which can cause cancer and other respiratory problems in the workers. We have made activated carbon from rubber seed shell which is an agro waste and have done many chemical engineering operations, analysed various properties and conducted di erent studies on the product for optimisation and removal of chromium Waste water treatment by using natural coagulant

Usually coagulants like alum are used in large amount for wastewater treatment. These are costly a cannot be a a orded by the people in the rural areas.So these costly chemical coagulants can replaced by natural coagulants for wastewater treatment. For this experiment we used A pavoni seed as natural coagulant and calculated it's e ciency SKILLS ( TECHNOLOGY / FUNCTIONAL )
