Job Description:

Involved in the Pilot of its BG(Business Group)

Manage all aspects of the end to end release process

Identify all the R&D stakeholders of its PG (sponsors: R&D BG/PG Directors, Champions: R&D RO/PL Directors, and R&D Site managers)

Mobilize stakeholders: Prepare deployment Kick Off Meeting at PG(Product Group) level

Define the list of end-users on each GPS entity

Establish a good relation with solution /delivery units and have a good knowledge about their competence/staffing needs

Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams

Responsible for effective implementation of global methods, processes and tools within the specific competence area.

management and technical release notes

Provide technical and application guidance and support throughout the release process, including known

errors and workarounds

Assess GPS entities readiness level and to escalate risks (if any)

Supports various project activities (UAT, review BRD documents, etc.)

Preparing documentation plan, estimating work, and assigning work to the team.

Monitor the training of Resource Managers and Contributors of its PG on a daily basis

Manage implementation strategy, organizational change management, strategy execution and production support, defect/problem tracking, Maintenance & Operation and test

Maintain project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.

Publish daily KPIs on the user’s activity in its PG during the two months after the Go-Live.

Target 100% of PG contributors have recorded their times the month following the deployment

Send Survey to gather end-users feedback on the App and the deployment methodology

Identify the improvements to be done for the next deployments

Experience working with JIRA management tools, MS project 2016

Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the release

Leading, planning, and managing documentation projects for product releases.

Record metrics for deployment to ensure within agreed SLAs
