Having Three Year nine month Experience on Co-generation Power plant Operation & Maintenance working as a Power Plant Engineer in Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Ltd Unit - Kolhapur.

Company profile : - Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Ltd a Division Dalmia Bharat Group was founded in 1994. The total cane crushing capacity of the company is now 34000 TCD which makes it one of the leading sugar producer in the country. It is now having 119 MW of Co-generation capacity & a Distillery of 240 KLPD.

Nature Of Work : -

Operation of 23 MW thermal power plant and 1.78 MW distillery power plant through DCS and maintenance.

Job Responsibility : -

Responsible for mechanical operation (Boiler & Turbine) through DCS.

Responsible for initial steam turbine rolling and safe turbine operation.

Start-up and shut down responsible for initial vacuum-up.

Cold, warm, hot and very hot startup.

To ensure the availability of major standby equipment by following operations schedules.

To ensure to emergencies like system failures, load throw, station black-out etc.

To monitor the system and parameters of the unit.

To ensure adherence to the safety equipment other statutory norms and safety of the people.

To possess the knowledge of the protection system of the electrical power system, governor’s system of turbine, logics and DCS.

DCS desk shift operation and shift report preparation turbine and boiler.

Emergency planned stoppage and emergency handling.

Attend breakdown, preventive, emergency, and planned off-season maintenance.

Project 1 : -

Organization : Dalmia Bharat Group

Location : Kolhapur Maharashtra.

Duration : From 01st August 2016 to 30 Oct 2017.

Title : 23 MW Bagasse cum coal Based Power Plant.

Boiler :-

Make : ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd, Having working pressure

temperature- 125 Kg/cm2 and 540 deg C respectively.

Capacity :120TPH water tube natural circulation boiler.

Turbine:-

Make : HTC (Condensate cum extraction type) ; Supplied by

Greenesol Power Ltd.

Alternator : 23MW ; Andritz make.

Project 2 : -

Organization : Dalmia Bharat Group

Location : Kolhapur Maharashtra.

Duration : From 01st Nov 2017 to Till Date.

Title : 1.78 MW Slop Fired Power Plant.

Boiler :-

Make : ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd, Having working pressure and

temperature- 42 Kg/cm2 and

400 deg C respectively.

Capacity : 18TPH water tube natural circulation boiler.

Turbine:-

Make : Triveni (Back-pressure cum extraction type) .

Alternator : 1.78 MW ; TOYO DENKI POWER SYSTEM make

Having One Year Experience On Trainee Engineer in Nash Robotics & Automation Pvt Ltd on 6th July 2015 to July 2016.
