Sr. IT Project Manager, PMO - Marketing Portfolio, (Jun ’17 – Oct ’17) Led a team of three Agile Scrum teams, playing the role of a train engineer, to deliver various Product Enhancements and Features as part of the Showroom Sales Tool (SST)’s General Release. This Sales tool, a

$4.4M annual Product, automates store sales processes and evolves the AutoNation Express transactional capabilities.

• Introduced Release burn-up charts and a team execution roadmap to measure release performance and better align Product Vision.

• Led creation of a product-wide Risk Plan, including the identification and mitigation of 18 threatening risks. The mitigation plans were owned and executed upon, by key members of product team, resulting in improved practices, and team performance.

AMERICAN EXPRESS, Miramar, Florida May ’11 – Apr ‘17 Portfolio / Product Manager, Global Network Services (GNS), (Jan ‘12– Apr ‘17) Led the global deployment of a new organization capability, American Express Edgesm. This Expense Management Reporting tool is a key strategic pillar for the continued growth of GNS. Spearheaded the product development and rollout of this world-class corporate solution, in several key markets, using Scrum Framework. Edge is a state of the art Web Application leveraging Microstrategy, Informatica, and Netezza. The rollout included visits to leaders of respective partners in Beijing, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Jakarta.
