Managed project to replace existing mill gas lines that were replaced due to corrosion. Included in this project was not only piping but control upgrades and flow measurements.

Managed a project to install a new Mark VI TG control package along with a new exciter and hydraulic system. This project required not only the new controls but upgrades to mill MCC to accept the new equipment and provide a proper environment.

Managed a project to replace the front stand and install a new chipper. Conveyor modifications along with new controls were installed for the new unit.

Managed several projects to upgrade mill starters and MCC to replace obsolete equipment and provide proper environmental conditions for their continued safe and reliable operation.

Managed a project to provide for new platforms and supports for caustic rail car unloading. Also provided a new foundation and containment area for a replacement sulfuric acid tank

Managed a project to replace an outdated DCS controls on the Power Boiler and associated equipment. This included replacement of the existing operator interfaces and communications to the existing controls equipment.

Managed a project to install a new DCS on a recovery boiler. The existing single loop controllers were removed and new cabling and controls were required for most operating and monitoring points on the boiler.
