Work Experience
Jan 2017 to Dec 2018 (Risk Department assistant)
During the term I was an environmental assistant at a cement company. I have obtained a Dionysus Assessor Certificate and Advanced Excel Training. I have gained experience and developed multicultural understanding of how to intergrade the theory and practical work. Key Responsibilities:
• Administrating clock times for employees e.g. X-time admin, making new work ID cards
• Tracking medical examination for all employees
• Conducting Risk assessment
• Generating SHE related reports (Safety statistics, Air quality, water use and waste reports)
• Implementation and maintenance of SHE training matrix, and document registry.
• Data capturing (Near Missed incidents, Investigations)
• Analysis of dust and water reports
• Compiling environmental reports and inductions
• Investigating and resolution of public/ external environmental complaints
• Develop direct and indirect interactions with various levels of management
• Managing various projects e.g. Pallet project, water investigation project
• Investigation of root cause analysis
