Performed analytical testing on beverage mixes and juices. Tested batch blends and production line samples for Total Acidity, Vitamin C content, Brix value, Color values and Petrifilm plating. Executed Dye check failure tests on cartons for each line running. Weighed samples on product lines and charted data utilizing SPC charts.

Performed analytical testing on hot melt polyamides (used in inks and adhesives) and fatty acids. Tested products for acid value, amine number, saponification number, Brookfield/kinematic/Gardner-Holdt viscosities and Gardner color on pure hot melt polymer and polymer/solvent solutions, as well as GC, titer point, melting point, pH, iodine value, moisture content (Karl Fischer and hot plate), colorimetric devices (LICO/Minolta/Gardner color wheel/Lovibond/Hunter) and kinematic viscosity for fatty acid products. Performed analytical testing on latex, reactive liquid polymers, and antioxidant products for manufacturing and R&D. Approved products and consulted with manufacturing on an on-going basis.
