• Preparing business cases for capital projects, changes and obtaining sponsors approval for implementation by respecting schedule and budget with minimum variations to the technical baseline.

• Assessing the facilities requirements for specialized skills and proposing customized solutions for systems like lighting, Fire and gas, firefighting, HVAC and substations switchgears.

• Preparing yearly maintenance budget and forecasts and exploring cost reduction opportunities on the existing cost centers.
