Compensation and Benefits Manager - November 2018 - May 2019 In charge of the Compensation, HR Budgeting, Benefits and Payroll functions with a head count of

+ 1300. Managing a team of 3 supervisors

● Manage the payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment.

● Responsible for all expatriate’s payment and status reports.

● Ensure high data quality on SAP - HRIS system and attain the required audit score.

● Responsible for an end-to-end cycle with an outsourcing company.

● Design and recommend different benefits schemes for different levels of employee.

● Design annual HR Budget and monitor monthly progress.

● Ensure an attractive reward strategy is in place and matching JTI Global Practice and HAY methodology.

Compensation and Reporting Manager - July 2006 – February 2018 Manage a team of 2. Responsible for overseeing the compensation division at Heineken Egypt. Evaluates job positions to determine classification and salaries ensure that all jobs are appropriately aligned for internal equity and adhere to labor's law and company's strategies and objectives.

● Lead the internal committee of job evaluation and proceed with necessary actions.

● Support in the development of job descriptions for various positions as a part of the job evaluation process to determine appropriate base pay.

● Apply techniques of job analysis, descriptions evaluations and grading and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.

● Conduct wages surveys within the labor market, benchmarking, gather data and analyze current programs to ensure appropriate compensation programs across all departments.

● Manage the salary process associated with pay, adjustments, promotions, transfers and new hire salaries.

● Communicate to upper management aspects of HR analytics through specific periodic reports.

● Develop and monitor budget of “Total Personnel Cost” including all employees’ compensation & benefits.

● Review and analyze expenditure versus budget to ensure Total Personnel Budget setting across all functions.

● Administer market data analysis, merit increases and salary structure.

● Support in the recruitment process to attract new candidates by specifying salaries and benefits within ABC policies and assure the alignment within the internal equity between jobs.
