Design, maintain, and support the main database that hosts more than 35 million customers and over 600 million transactional records. Support marketing team to implement events newsletter, email campaigns, and promo communication.

Build and deploy Business Intelligence (BI) packages and automations among different systems, which eliminates bottleneck from the system and reduces data transferring time by 95%.

In charge of design, develop, deploy, and update all of the 37 US Touring North American marketing ETL packages.
