Company has set up a grass root mega petrochemical complex ad dahej, Gujarat, India. The complex’s main Dual Feed cracker Unit has the capacity to produce 1100 KTPA Ethylene, 400 KTPA propylene and the Associated Units consists of pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit, Butadiene Extraction Unit and Benzene Extraction Unit. Job objectives

Familiar with DCS Control Panel Operation,

Review & study of engineering documents including P&ID, PFD & Equipment data sheets.

Storage of Hydrocarbons viz. 1,3-Butadiene, Propylene, Cryogenic Ethylene, Hydrogen, Pentane, C9+, c6 oligomer, Benzene, RPG, HPG, Hexane, Naphtha and Butene-1.

MyWell versed with trouble shooting and monitoring process parameters.

Functionality test &start-up of rotary Equipment’s & ensuring that it meets its specification.

Efficient action to control emergencies and ensuring high level safety during activities.

Local Panel Operation, which includes changing, adjusting parameters and controlling in safe mode actively LCV, PCV, MOV, ROV operation and controller operation.

Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and safety equipment’s as per the SOP.

Monitoring and controlling

Ensuring safety of the personnel and the plant while carrying out production as per the production plans.

Ensuring compliance of all safety practices and procedures.

Co-ordinate with maintenance departments (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation) for smooth and efficient functioning of unit.

Reporting to the superior about various, technical problems and field activities carried out in shift.
