Job Descriptions

Supervise MEP technician during operation

Inspect all new install electrical equipment, new electrical circuits and repair wiring and fixtures.

Installation of light fittings

Replacing fuse lamps, ballast damage light switches

PPM for lighting system

PPM for MDB, SMDB and DB electrical panel

Replacing any damage MCB, MCCB, ELCB, ACB, VCB

Trouble shoot for electrical fault and grounding system

Installing power switch socket, isolator

Perform preventative maintenance for Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Lubricating, tightening v-belts and changing filters on all HVAC and AC units

Preparing condition survey report and update any major breakdown

Monitor diesel generator with weekly check list

Monitoring of fuel consumption.

Coordinate all necessary internal and external approvals before performing maintenance and repair work with working permit to work.
