Self- employed Mason contractor for 36 years supervising and managing my own business for 22 years. Working in partnership as a mason contractor for 14 years prior with my father and independently after his retirement. My skill set is varied. These skills were transferred to a position as a construction manager for a construction general contractor. and new home building company.

Angel Homes LLC- Full partner in a New home Building Company-New home construction. Managed and oversaw new homes builds from blueprint to sale. Hired and managed subcontractors, Obtained bids for materials and subcontractors, obtained references and insurance information on subcontractors, performed all masonry, tile work (including full shower installations), and completed all trim work. Built multiple homes from ground to final punch list, Rehabbed houses. Completed 3 new homes in the last 2 years . One independently and one with a new partner.

Construction Manager- Capstone Construction Group LLC

In charge of job sites: managing more than 20 staff, preparing bids, insuring OSHA standards compliance, setting up the work sites, ordering supplies, scheduling, estimating jobs, providing customer service and meeting job deadlines while working well with inspectors and general contractors.
