JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.

Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, Maintain records and files and prepare reports.

Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst.ProjectManager for approval prior to execution at site.

Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.

Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.

Coordinates with Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.

Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.

Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

Plan and estimate electrical jobs.

Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel.

Maintain knowledge of electrical materials in warehouse.

Advice coordinator and assistant director of technical problems concerned with Installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.

Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel and equipment.

Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of Electrical assignments.

Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

Worked with “VISHWAKARMA ENTERPRISES” JAMSHEDPUR in ELECTRICAL DIVISION (MAINT.) as an “ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR” with effect from 12th January 2008 to 30th December 2009.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Responsible for electrical maintenance, electrical and instrument trouble shooting, breakdown maintenance and annual shutdown maintenance for all electrical equipment in the respective area.

To the supervised/forming involves planning (Spares; preventive maintenance; making schedule for maintenance, shutdown attend breakdowns, maintenance record of the activities carried out like spare maintenance such as repair and maintenance and assemble all types of electrical equipment such as starter motor (star Delta), alternators, batteries, transformer, trays, conduits, electrical panel board, PVC Copper, Aluminum cable, joining 220/440 volts.

INSTALATION & MAINTENANCE OF LOW VOLTAGE (415 V) PANELS & SWITCHGEAR.

Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of High/Low Voltage AC Motors, starters and Motor Control Centers (MCC).

Knowledge of different types of starter; like Star-delta starter, direct on-line starter.

Maintenance of industrial motors like synchronous motors, induction motors.

Maintenance and repairs of many types of switches & Breakers of elec. Circuit.
