JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing monthly payment by taking measurements from drawing and approved request to check work on the basis of work approved in co-ordination with site engineers and surveyors.

Co-ordinate with Consultant to get the Requests approval and discuss the pending matters to sort out and speed up the payment procedure.

Preparing Recapitulation of work at beginning of the project for aware project’s cost and updating every month as per the variation of works until end of the project.

Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations

Preparing Rate analysis for new items.

Preparation of sub-contractors and suppliers payment based on conditions, and after checking of their invoice.

Assist Preparation of monthly reports which includes the detailed planned and actual histograms, Projects statistics including shop drawing approval status, material approval and delivery status, monthly invoice and payment status.

Checking shop drawings against contractor drawings and specifications.

Proper Co-ordination with draughtsman and site staff for preparation and submission of as built drawing for final approval.

Preparation of material reconciliation statement to monitor the stock balance at store and site.

Preparation of final Payment in accordance with Department procedure’s, getting it verified by Consultant for onward submission to client
