Problem statement of this project is to setup a TCoE to standardize the daily UAT and regression testing in an Agile Scrum and SAFe environment.

The Vermont State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). It’s replacing the current Medicaid Management Information System with a new payment processing system. The system will be primary provider payment processing system. When fully operational, it will pay over 100,000 providers who serve 1 million people who qualify for DSHS services each year. It’s being developed with unprecedented cross-administration support within MMIS - hundreds of Cognizant employees have participated in discussion on development and design. This system has Several Sub-Systems like Provider, Claims, Financials, Contract Management, Reference, Prior Authorization, Client, Interfaces, Conversion Testing, Data warehouse subsystems. I worked for Interfaces, Conversion Testing and Claims-screens. In Claims the Provider can submit the claims (Institutional, Professional, and Dental) online and then after it goes to the adjudication Process to verify the claim submitted is correct or not according to the standards.

Established in the Test Strategy and provided day-to-day instruction and assignments to the testing team.
