Continue Care Home Health and Hospice 2004-2009

There I did patient care, ADLS,encouraging to take medication, bathing, feeding, tubefeeding, vital signs,fixing occupied and unoccupied beds,cooking, cleaning, store runs,doctor's appointments, pickup and drop off medicine. I also had some clients I had in hospice care that I had to set with them to keep them comfortable as possible and I was also there when they passed away.

Ruleville Nursing And Rehabilitation 2009-2016 There I did hand washing before and after coming contact with the clients. ADLS,patient care,fixing occupied and unoccupied beds,vital signs,feeding and grooming,feeding and monitoring any changes or conditions.
