To Prepare Process Design (Process Flow & Machine Selection).

Incoming inspection report (IIR) of all invaded jobs from supplier.

Creating IIP (Incoming Inspection plan) for every job from supplier end for updating IIR.

SWOT System-Portal updates for customer, in house, supplier requirement.

Supplier ratings analysis.

Supplier audit plan & reports.

Month wise supplier review meetings.

Analyzing product dimension with respect to drawing dimension.

Documenting first off/last off register & patrol inspection register in daily basis to check the records.

Preparing Bill of material.

To prepare FMEA document and doing continual improvement to reduce the RPN value in existing documents.

Updating SPC (Statistical Process Control) as per customer plan.

Preparing quality alert (QA) and VCS (Visual Complaint Standard) to sort out OK and NOT OK part.

Update control plans and standard operating procedure depending on production change.

Prepares and submitting Re-qualification (Layout inspection) on monthly basis.

Raising Incident report and flash report against the concern to supplier for deviations and also updating deviation register for in-house deviation.

Rejection Trend Chart – PPM update (Customer, supplier and in house - overall updates).

Customer incident tracking - Daily and monthly wise graphical updates for PPM traceability.

Customer Incident OMC (Occurrence Monitoring chart) update for every complaint wise Improvement.

Skill matrix update and OJT training for operators and Final inspectors. COMPANY PROFILE:
