1) Led PCM Project to get solution to reduce complexity Cost by targeting Low Take Rate options along with associated Rework, low hr warranty claims, extra part inventory on shop floor. 1) Led EPDP projects- Design and execute Virtual manufacturing activities for Air Seeding – Tillage Products Life Cycle for 1895-60’, MY18 1890-50’ & 60’, C850 Air Cart, 1870-76’ Hyd Drill.

g) Capture Paint direct Labor Stds – Pilot completed for 1910 weldments by developing new coding and using SPP methodology first time in JDSG-VC Unit h) CMM for D484 No-Till Line and D483 Cart Line- target was to cover up all imbalance Labor Stds throughout line, capture real floor data, maintain current labor Stds in System, rolled base adjustments and desired manpower as per modular year production.

3) John Deere Technology Center India - Pune, MH, India Designation- Sr. Engineer (Assembly Domain) Crop Care Seeding - Aug 2008- Dec 2012 Lead Engineer (Assembly Domain) Crop Care Seeding - Jan 2013- May 2015 Role in Organization-

1) SPOC for Seeding factories – led AX02-JDSG-VC Team for 1 year on Offsite project support to Seeding Factories, handled responsibilities for metrices dashboard 2) Collaboration Lead for Seeding Forward FMP (Factory Master Planning) – High margin quality project support provided through multi-sub functions activities of 6 FTE s through 1.5 years duration.

Overall 32% reduction in base compared to last year. 2) EPDP for JDSG Moline and Valley City Plant- Executed core Assembly Virtual manufacturing Support to North American Ag Factories from TDP phase (Project Definition) to Product launch (Project Implementation) in respective factories. Core activities included; Understand Optinality and criticality in designs, apply DFMA principals, required changes in process to accommodate new variants (make vs Buy), new content development, estimate cost associated with direct –indirect labor, develop tooling concepts in coordination with Tooling experts, participate in Durability- Limited production start up with newly integrated products in OFP environment and associated activities to smoothen product launching plan. I.e. Completed MY11, 12 Vicksburg 170*-****-** Row units Planter, 1890-50’60’ Las Vegas No-Till Air Drill, Exact merge high speed performance row unit Planter.

3) Green Field New Planter Row Unit Line set up in Rosario plant- Co Lead for Line Design project with ME Manager from Rosario Factory, designed required number of stations based on projected market volume, frugal solutions for Line layout design, Material Flow and Material handling for low annual volume. Approx Cost of Cart w/RU supporting Fixture + material storage locations integrated -12.5 USD Vs.15 USD 4) Delivery Performance of Crop Care Seeding –Valley City Assembly Team- Major contribution on a) Project Management for 3 PDP and 2 OFP projects b) Resource Planning – Year long resource planning based on technical milestones c) Coordinate and lead project deliverable d) Design FTE plan for a year based on potential engagement and improvements in individual projects e) Carried Over 6 FTEs performance and designed outcomes

5) Collaboration Lead for MY15 Seeding Forward Factory Master Planning (FMP) with JDSG-Moline Leadership- Effective Planning and robust execution as per defined milestones for cross competency Team (Paint, Weld, TFD, Assembly, Simulation), leading 5-7 MEs team,design effective sequencing pattern for assembly by designing line balancing calculations and virtual dynamic simulation models based on Dc/Dr to remove imbalance and waiting time on stations, estimate changes in work stds based on floor changes, target high SERA issues in respective work centers and come up with improvements by conducting Ergo Assessments in VR Labs / Vis Sessions during FMP introduction.

a) 24 Work Center 3D layout updated

b) 8000 Purchased parts flow analysis, docking station utilization calculated with 955 miles/month less travelling distance and 90hrs/month less man hrs required as per improved layout

c) Dynamic Simulation- 12% higher operators’ utilization in Hybrid Flow by using 7 operators lesser than designed staffing to achieved Dc d) To optimize Layout designed common MH Carts for Weld plus pre-assembly operations to ease loading and unloading parts– 10 Carts e) Material Flow Analysis for Inbound and Outbound of in Weld Cells and designed new Robot Cells by keeping less Operator Body Travels and optimal material flow
