Project description:

Existing Bank customers who have eligible for pre-approved loan limit can purchase online and in store using Debit Card EMI option even though they don’t have balance in their bank account. Pre- approved customers, once they purchase the product from Bank authorized online partners and in-store partners will get a payment option as Debit Card EMI and if they want they can pay through debit card EMI option and the loan booking happens on T+1 day. Customers can repay their loan as per their selected tenure

Projects in Kotak Mahindra Bank: (Jan 2018 – Aug 2019) Corporate loan origination system:

Project description:

Loan origination system for corporate loans viz, Working capital and Term loans. Starting from borrower on boarding, dedupe, scene and workflow creation, documentation, financial data verification, RCU, Legal, technical verifications, CAM generation, sanction report generation till song the limit in Finacle of a particular loan. Interfacing with lead management system, Finacle, Perfios etc. for pulling input data and pushing the limit details.

Outsourcing agencies are one of the key resources for sourcing of loans, insurance, account opening, RCU scanning, FI, legal & technical verifications etc. In order to process the incentives, a system was developed. Through this system, incentive is getting calculated for all the outsourcing agencies as well as internal RMs. Automation of incentive calculation helped in reduction of man per, time savings compared to manual calculation and on time payments to agencies.
