o Working for the client Latifa Hospital DHA & DFC albaadia residents o Responsible for all the plumbing related job.
o Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) related work under Plumbing. o Directs works, provides technical assistance and performs inspections of work performed by detainee maintenance staff.
o Perform project work under the guidance of shop supervisors and/or leads. o May occasionally perform mechanical work involving repair and maintenance of facility machinery and motors.
o Performs plumbing, piping, water heater repairs, installation of washbasins and toilet facilities and any other work pertaining to facility plumbing/water heater systems. o Undertake survey inspections including in confined spaces and at height recording all work and completing associated registers/logs.
o Survey assigned jobs and ensures that sufficient and proper materials and tools are on hand to complete each work.
