Participate actively in developing 5-year business plans for plant maintenance activities. Managed and supervised instruments and DCS maintenance and engineering staff in Process Trains (Fractionation & Refrigeration areas, Utility (Nitrogen Units, Air Compressors, and Air Dryers) Power Generation of GE machines

with Rolls Royce and Speedtronic Control systems, Storage Tanks and accompanying boil-off gas plants, Sulfur Recovery Unit, Loading Jetty, and analyzers including Gas Chromatographs, H2S Analyzers, Total Sulphur Analyzers, and Moisture Analyzers, etc. Ensured proper application of permit to work system.

Achievements:

Maintained 100% adherence to plant safety and HSE policy.

Accelerated and simplified repair of failed gas analyzers equipment, developing innovative troubleshooting techniques, and creating step-by-step approach for failure diagnostics and repair procedures for each analyzer; saved significant time and costs, and became key reference for engineers and technicians.
