Description: Trexis Insurance Corporations founded in 1997. Trexis offer quality auto insurance products at a competitive rate to meet the needs of the customers in nine states including Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Georgia. Trexis Insurance is planning to implement Duckcreek suite(PAS/Billing/Claim)(7.0) for Personal Auto Lines.

Role and Responsibilities: - Business Solution Specialist-Policy & Billing

Responsibilities:

Participate in Blue-Print phase to understand the scope of items of project for billing module such as billing functionalities, billing plans, payment processing, forms/reports, billing transactions, payment processing, integrations, print service and evaluate the solution.

Facilitate the requirement elicitation meeting with Business VPs, program lead/SME to discussion the requirements of payment plan and fees, billing forms/reports, payment flow, integration of various interfaces & prepare the user stories and forms/screen mockups accordingly.

Define complexity of Pages, payment plan, interfaces, reports & Billing Form. Prepare pages/forms mockups, Merged field inventory, integration data mapping sheet and user stories for Pages, forms, technical design of interfaces and Non-Functional Requirement.

Description: Southern Trust had implemented DCT- Policy Admin system and Billing system (6.0) for

Commercial Lines. The project involves implementation of ISO form to the BOP and Auto LOB’s and

Billing changes – Payment Plan and Forms. The project involves analysis of Guidewire policy center for other commercial insurance products and forms and perform feasibility analysis of forms.

Role and Responsibilities: - Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

Works with Senior Underwriters (SMEs), BA Leads in requirements analysis & documentation. It includes preparation of detail requirement specification, Screen mockups, Traceability matrix and transaction flow diagram.

Facilitate meeting with Business program lead/SME/Architecture to walkthrough the product flow diagram, product design and identified the pages (screens) and forms.

Description: American Family Mutual Insurance (AMFAM) is Fortune 500 Company focuses on

property, casualty, and auto insurance, and offers commercial insurance, life, health, and

homeowners. The project involves implementation of Open-Text Exstream (9.5.x) solution

to the Policy Center and Claim-Center.

Responsibilities:

Work with Business SME’s in defining the scope of Letters and Notices in every sprint.

Facilitate working session with Client SME’s to identify the letters/notices in scope. Review the letters and notices with Business SME’s and get approval.

Create user story and mockup based on SME feedback and initiate approval for the letter mockup and user story after making changes using TFS.

Initiate walkthrough session with development/QA team to walkthrough the user story/mockup to create understanding. Resolves queries of Dev and QA team.

Participate in weekly change review session and understand the new changes and their impact on UI and letters.

largest property and Casualty Company with vast number of commercial insurance products.

TAP, FAMUS-R are Mainframe based P&C Policy Admin applications whereas and Renewal is Guidewire based application. The project aims to enhance and update different features/regulation to the commercial lines products. The Project involves mostly changes in Screens, Forms and Letters and Infrastructure related changes.

Role and Responsibilities: Systems Analyst

Works with business SMEs, Delivery teams in defining the scope of a sprint. It includes identification high level business needs, Preparation of Work in Take (WIT) form, Details Requirement Specification, Details Design doc.

Identify the impact on Renewal application -Guidewire Policy Center, TAP and document the changes and send for business approval.

Participate in Impact analysis session; evaluate impact of underwriting rules, rating & all downstream systems like Bureau & Statistical bureau and document the impact in WIT form.

Leading the team in requirement gathering of modules- Screens, Underwriting Rules, Billing and Non-Functional Requirements of Policy Center and TAP application.
