Respond to all emergency incidents involving control of fire and rescue or other pertinent incidents,
Supervise all activities at incident sites,
Investigate all related incidents and prepares reports including findings and recommendations.
Command and Control of the activities assigned to emergency response teams, including Fire & Rescue.
Ensure all aspects of emergency preparedness are in place and appropriate for the identified risks, including the use of Pre-Emergency
Plan and simulate emergency incident exercise programs.
Direct and Monitor all testing and maintenance to comply with integrity and certification requirements, including fire systems, life support equipment, SCBA, PPE, communication equipment, fire fighting vehicles, fire detection and alarm systems, fire pumps, ring main hydrants, fire water monitors, rim seal foam firefighting systems and equipment.
Responsible for conducting firefighting & Rescue training of employees, contract workers, vehicle maintenance, foam stocks, PPE, SCBA and other firefighting equipment.
Responsible for upkeep and proper storage and care for safety gear
Use all tools available to control and extinguish fires
Provide assistance to medical and police teams when arriving at emergency scenes

Ensure that technical specifications for firefighting equipment (fire trucks, foam/water carriers, emergency vehicles, rescue equipment, advance control vehicles, and portable equipment) are in place and up-to-date.
Plan and conduct periodical technical professional training for Fire Brigade staff; such as breathing apparatus training, fire leadership, and fire prevention, method of instruction and investigation of fires.
Plan, implement and evaluate training for company's Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Perform other related duties as assigned by the HSEQ Manager such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets, signage, active devices like smoke detectors, fire alarms, sprinkler system and fire hydrants are in operating condition;
Participate in mock fire emergency drills conducted in Office Buildings and contribute in fire prevention programs.
Responds to all fire alarms; determines occurrence of any fire situation; escalates the incidence to the Line Manager, verifies the attempts to extinguish fire and where required coordinate with fire appropriate authority.
Drafts incident and accident reports and maintains a record of fire safety related activities
Supervise breakdown maintenance in situations where the Service Provider appointed by Building Owner does not respond to calls as required by expected turnaround
Inspect the existing systems particularly in the old buildings and advice on capital repairs of old, obsolete and outdated equipment.
Provide technical advice, guidance and support on relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and standards in order to minimize fire risks and hazards.
Identifies potential safety or fire hazards; takes action or makes recommendations to eliminate hazard.
Conducts and participates in employee safety and accident prevention programs; participate in preliminary investigation of employee accidents.
Ensure that any personal data obtained and processed is treated in accordance with data protection principles followed by the Group, as well as applicable Group policies and Procedures on data protection and information security.
Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimize health and safety risks for self and colleagues.
Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved.
