PROJECTS CONTROLLING OF TEMPERATURE OF A VERTICAL TOOL PIN IN FRICTION STIR WELDING (FSW) BY ADVANCED CONTROLLERS The main motto of the project is to control temperature of a vertical tool pin in an FSW process by using advanced controllers. In this project an active feedback control system has been designed for the friction stir welding (FSW) to control the speed, position and error of the tool. VALIDATION OF WEARABLE SENSORS AND RFID FOR REAL TIME MONITORING OF CATTLE FARMING USING INTERNET OF THINGS This Project elucidates the use Wearable sensors for detection of body temperatures, Pulse rate and also the location of cattle. An RFID module has been used for determining the Breed type, Milk capacity and also the Age of the cattle. Thus, the data from the Wearable sensors and RFID can be stored and retrieved from Thing Speak to IP enabled devices. IMPLEMENTATION OF PICK AND PLACE ROBOT USING SIMANTIC S7-1200 PLC WITH HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE (HMI)

The aim of this Project is to implement a sequence of operations in order to perform Pick and Place of Objects by use of SIMANTIC S7-1200 PLC interfacing HMI.

WIRELESS POWER TRANSFER INCORPORATING SOLAR ENERGY FOR MOTORING APPLICATION

The main objective of the project is to use solar energy as a source in order to run a motor. In this project power transmission has been done wirelessly by means of transmission and receiving coils.
