·Directly managed the $6M operations start-up budget and came in $500K under budget

·Negotiated and aligned with R&D and Quality functions to streamline the Quality Demonstration Runs (QDR) process by 14 SKUs to 7; this accelerated the production start-up by three months and service business demand from a functional production system – we were not compromising safety or quality, we were not operating at 100% performance metrics, but we were producing product to minimize customer service impact
