BENCHMARKS & MILESTONES

Implementation of HR & PAYROLL System called WORKDAY HCM at Multiplex Construction in Dubai including system basic setup, HR & Payroll business process and policies setup and technical setup including Onboarding, Off boarding business process amendment and Integration with payroll accounting system.

Implementation of INFOR Expense Management System and automated all paper based expenses in to the web based system with automated approval work flow based on business reporting structure and automated integration with the Payroll system ensuring business controls are in place.

Implementation & upgrade of Time & Attendance Systems at Laing O’Rourke Dubai. This include setting up the Time & Attendance system from scratch including biometric device, network connectivity, setup of policies within Timekeeper system and link with the Payroll System for timesheets upload.

Completely system upgrade and technological refresh of Civilsoft HR & Payroll system with new hardware and advanced software release that had SQL data base migration, new business rules implementation. The enhancements delivery included Employee Self Service, GUI design and controls together with various HR & Admin enhancements to avoid spreadsheets and deliver automation.

End to End implementation of Causeway ERP systems for Laing O’Rourke Dubai Construction Business.
