1- Served as a Site Mechanical Engineer for the construction of Civil Defense Office Building in Makkah Al Mukarramah City, Consist of Two building, Main building is 26 Floor + 3 Basement + Helipad Tower Served by Centralized A/C System with 6 Chiller’s and 750 FCU’S and Novec 1230 Fire Suppression and sprinkler system etc and 2nd Building is 7TH Floor Car Parking Building.

2 - (Note: This Project is Handed Over On September 2019) Served as a Mechanical Site Engineer for the construction of a Security Force Sports Training Center of Total Area 98000M & Built up Area 17000M . consists of 2 floors, served by centralized A/C system (4 Chillers 346 TR Each Chiller) with total capacity of 1384 TR, with FCU's & 14 No’s AHU's for public floors, VIP Sitting Area, Multi-Purpose Hall, Fitness Hall, Tennis Court, Squash Court, Bowling Lane & Swimming Pool with Suna Bath Steam Bath etc there is also central commercial kitchen, and cold stores. There is also R.O Plant 240 M /Day Brackish Water 44 GPM Reverse Osmosis System & STP plant 52.1 M /Day.

Currently working as a Site Mechanical Engineer and my duties and responsibilities are!

As a Site Mechanical Engineer, I am responsible to give appropriate and effective solution for site related Mechanical issue.

Inspect all Mechanical Works at Construction Site – STP/ R. O Plant, HVAC, Plumbing, Irrigation, Fountains, Sanitary, Fire Fighting & Pump Room, Swimming Pool etc. (Equipment, Piping & Accessories).

Project Summary

Served as Mechanical Engineer for the construction of a high-rise building hotel of 122,454 m Built up Area with total height of 114.79 Mtr. consists of 26th typical floors, served by centralized A/C system (10 No. of Chillers 335 TON) each with total capacity of 33,500 Ton’s, with FCU's & HRAHU's for guest rooms & AHU's for public floors. The mechanical system has also central steam, compressed air system, hot water system with boilers and clarifiers. And there is also central commercial kitchen, laundry and cold stores. There is also gray water plant to provide flushing water for the water closets.

My Duties and Responsibilities are!

Responsible and installation of all Mechanical Works at Construction Site of HVAC, Plumbing, Irrigation, Fountains, Sanitary, Fire Fighting, Boilers and Testing, Balancing and Commissioning of all Mechanical and HVAC System.

As Mechanical Site Engineer, MEP Contractor responsible for ongoing project at Jabal- Al Kabah 5 Star (Anjum Hotel) at Makkah Mukarrama KSA.

Reviewing the material submittals and following up with Supplier/Subcontractors.

Coordinating with consultants in order to obtain the fast approvals for RFIA.

Planning mobilizing/demobilizing as well as interacting and following up with main contractors to meet deadlines and complete project on schedule.

Checking shop drawings before submitting to the consultant.

Checking the design drawings and raising queries to consultant for any design issues.

Involved in overall control in execution of all MEP activities.

Organizing and spearheading the coordination meetings with client, consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractor to resolve all coordination issues.

Providing guidance to suppliers/sub-contractors in case of any issues with the supply management.

Guiding the sub-contractors for speedy completion of the project.
